Master Trainer - Combat
Description
Our Master Trainers are exceptional people! They’re highly experienced, industry leading, visionary, well organised and driven leaders. We’re currently seeking an expert Master Trainer to join them who will be responsible for the management and development of all of our Combat group exercise concepts.
Your passion for Martial Arts and Group Exercise will be obvious – you’ll be an inspirational, engaging and exceptional teacher and a well-organised, pragmatic, diligent people manager.
We’ll expect you to teach 8 hours of classes each week and spend an additional 7 hours completing management responsibilities such as recruitment, training and the ongoing development of our Combat instructors and you’ll be measured on instructor engagement, occupancy and YoY growth.
We'll expect you to bring strong personality and showmanship to every single one of your classes and in return we will support your well-being and professional development. We provide best in class learning and training opportunities within a vibrant, collaborative and expert team.
At Third Space, our instructors and master trainers deliver every class with meticulous attention to detail, with careful practise and preparation in order to wow our members and give them a better experience every time they visit.

Essential Requirements:
- Being able to teach Timetable classes in all clubs (except Marylebone)
- Able to attend Combat classes across all clubs, 7 days per week across early, lunchtime and evening peak
