Located on Bournemouth's stunning South Coast, THE NICI offers 88 luxurious bedrooms, many with spectacular sea views, garden hot tub suites, the vibrant South Beach Restaurant & Bar, outdoor terrace, private cinema, and stylish meeting and events spaces. As we continue our exciting expansion, new additions include a 25-metre feature outdoor pool, luxury spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and holiday cottages.

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our growing team.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms to company standards
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout public areas of the hotel
• Replenishing guest amenities and housekeeping supplies
• Reporting maintenance issues and lost property
• Following health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient daily operations
• Delivering excellent service and attention to detail in every aspect of your work

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years' housekeeping experience, preferably within a hotel environment
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• A positive, hardworking, and reliable approach
• Strong teamwork skills
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
