- Execute the directions indicated on the BEOs and attain any additional information from the Catering Sales team pre-event
- Communicate BEO details to the service team
- Direct the set-up and break-down of the banquet rooms
- Assign tasks to servers and ensure they are completed
- Work in conjunction with the culinary team on the timeliness of meals
- Expedite plated service
- Remain a visible presence on the floor and orchestrate the service
- Complete and submit end-of-event paperwork
