FOR TREJO'S COFFEE & DONUTS-
Seeking cashiers and baristas
Requirements:
• Dedicated to serving the team.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Must be able to perform other duties in the area of food and final plating preparation.
• Each team member is responsible for working quickly and efficiently to support the team and ensure that the companies standards are being maintained.
• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
• Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
• Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
• Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station are including tables, shelves, and so on.
• Handles, stores, and rotates all products properly (FIFO).
• Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
• Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by GM.
• Make sure all associates are taking breaks according to California Labor Laws (lead).
