Description
For Trejo's Coffee & Donuts
FRONT OF HOUSE SHIFT LEAD
• Responsible for working quickly and efficiently to support the team and ensure that the Chef’s standards are being maintained.
• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
• Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station are including tables, shelves, coffee station, and refrigeration equipment.
• Handles money.
• Opens the front of hourse properly, following the opening checklist. Assists others in opening the store.
• Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by GM.
• Make sure all associates are taking breaks according to California Labor Laws.
• Cut necessary associates based on how busy/how much prep the kitchen needs. No wasted labor!
• Lead is completely responsible for overall cleanliness of the store.
