This is an exceptional opportunity to join the People team and be part of the recruitment journey from the start: 

• You will be the 1st point of contact for all applications
• You will be screening CVs / telephone interviewing and carrying out psychometric testing, and making recommendations for progression to interview.
• This role requires confidence and a strong professional telephone manner, with a true understanding of what is required within the hospitality sector.
