Host/Phone Order Professional

We are a growing restaurant group seeking a highly professional individual to manage the high volume of phone and catering orders that come to us during lunch and dinner hours. We have a highly dedicated staff and we are looking to add to it as our business grows. Previous experience manning multiple phone lines and using a restaurant POS is a major plus. Must be a dedicated adult individual who can work quickly and speak fluently about the menu and it's offerings. This position requires a very high level of responsibility in handling large orders within a specified time-frame. Bilingual Spanish/English is a MAJOR plus.

Our restaurants enjoy very strong local/neighborhood following and are a destination for pizza lovers. Business is brisk.

Candidates for the Phone position must be extremely gifted hospitality professionals who have a warm and welcoming demeanor on the phone. You must have a truly nice presence, A+ communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to thrive under pressure with patience and composure.



$15 per hour

Flexible Schedule with weekend availability
Availability during the holiday season
Organization and ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic
