Two Olives restaurant is the culmination of our family’s life making great food, at some of Wichita’s most breakthrough establishments. We balance natural ingredients with exciting flavor combinations and bold choices. We use the freshest ingredients and source local where available to make up a scratch menu for those who care about the quality of their food and where it comes from.
JOB PURPOSE: Supervises the front of house teams for restaurant and catering to provide genuine hospitality that exceeds guest and employee expectations
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees all daily front of house (FOH) operations, including hands-on expertise in all service responsibilities
-Provides the highest level of genuine hospitality to exceed guest and employee expectations
-Takes appropriate steps to correct any problems and ensure guest satisfaction
-Strong knowledge and passion for wine and culinary excellence
-Team leadership responsibilities include training, coaching, guidance, and leading by example
-Bar management responsibilities include menu maintenance and inventory management
-Staff management responsibilities include recruiting and performance management
-Knowledge of systems and processes that contribute to great service execution
