At Viva, you will find a “scratch” kitchen where our food is made fresh daily. VIVA promises distinctive and flavorful menu items packed with inspired recipes in a vibrant, inviting atmosphere. Named one of Restaurant Business Magazine’s Top 50 Emerging Brands in 2022, Viva Chicken has 17 restaurants across the Carolinas (two in Greenville, SC), Georgia and Utah with more to come. Viva Chicken is looking for Shift Leaders. Base pay is $17-$19/hr. Total compensation $42,000-$46,000/yr.

What we are looking for:

• 1-2 years of fast-casual experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Responsible for shift operations and ensuring we are exceeding guest expectations with a passion for food safety, people, and service.
• Experience with planning and preparing Catering is a plus.
• Committed to quality, cost control, and cash control. Has an awareness of the business and is looking for ways to continually develop and improve.
• The mindset of maintaining a diverse, equitable, inclusive work environment filled with respect for all. We want everyone to feel like “I belong at Viva Chicken”!
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and carry large objects within the kitchen repeatedly throughout your shift.
