Kitchen Manager:
Up to £14p/h
We are an award-winning independent wine bar and kitchen. We offer 100+ wines by the glass available to sample and explore via our bespoke wine dispensers, a seasonal sharing menu and our own urban winery in nearby Battersea Power Station where we make English wines.
At the heart of our stores are of course people who through their vibrancy & energy bring our wines to life. We offer fantastic training opportunities.
Our guests overall experience is in your hands and as such we are looking for kitchen manager who is:
-Passionate about hospitality
-Who is well presented and trustworthy
-Who loves food
-Who works well as part of a team
Any relevant qualifications such as Food Safety Level 2-3 are advantageous but not essential.
The Role:
-Managing food preparation
-Running service in a fast-paced environment
-Ordering all produce to fulfil the daily need of the kitchen, whilst managing projected stock-sales levels efficiently
-Teaching and developing junior chefs
-Managing the kitchen team
-Overall responsibility for kitchen operations
