Description
Vaucluse is a stylish brasserie with a distinctive New York vibe featuring the cuisine of acclaimed chef, Michael White. Located on the Upper East Side, Vaucluse offers its guests a balance of approachable, classic and innovative dishes that draw inspiration from the rich history of French cuisine. Under the leadership of Chef De Cuisine , Remy Forgues , and General Manager, Adam Volpe , Vaucluse strives to provide superb cuisine and seamless service through teamwork and execution.
We seek professional Servers who are interested in working in a high quality and high volume environment. We are looking for staff who have a passion for food, beverage and hospitality paired with a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a team.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage and oversee the dining experience of each guest
- Engage with guests to create an exceptional and memorable experience
- Work as a team player to meet the demands of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Prior serving experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment
- Considerable base knowledge of beer and wine
- Candidate should demonstrate an energetic and friendly personality
