Description
• Makes fresh batches of pasta daily according to AMG’s standard
• Maintains a high level of quality.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and procedures
• Knowledge of Safety and sanitation regulations
• Knowledge of food production
• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
