Description
Vaucluse is a lifestyle venue on Park Avenue that includes two venues and experiences: Omar at Vaucluse, which has a supper club feel, and the West Room, which is a comfortable dining option with a plush velvet, garden room- like vibe set with spectacular high ceilings. Both add vibrancy back to the Upper East side and Park Avenue.

The food program is top-notch with both venues lead by Altamarea Group chefs and helmed by Chef Michael White and his team.



• Mastery of mixing, shaping, and baking bread and viennoiserie
• Familiarity with French baking
• Recipe development
• Ability to operate Miwe bread oven, combi ovens, and convection ovens
• Highly organized
• Motivated to lead by example in all areas of bakery production
• Monitor quality control for consistency and high standards
• Detail oriented and level-headed
• Works well under pressure
• Ability to multi task
• Employee scheduling and inventory
• Ability to train assistant bakers
• Ability to operate equipment according to proper sanitation and safety standards
• Responsible for making sure that the bakery meets federal, state and local safety and health regulations.
