Vaucluse is a stylish brasserie with a distinctive New York vibe featuring the cuisine of acclaimed chef, Michael White. Located on the Upper East Side, Vaucluse offers its guests a balance of approachable, classic and innovative dishes that draw inspiration from the rich history of French cuisine. Under the leadership of Director David Schneider , Vaucluse strives to provide superb cuisine and seamless service through teamwork and execution.
We are looking for Pastry Cooks with 1+ years experience or pastry degree. This is a great opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading figures and be part of a growing and innovative company.

Responsibilities include:
- AM/PM service and/or production
- Working in a learning environment with room for professional development and growth
- Operating in a clean workspace and producing top-quality desserts to support the pastry team

Requirements:
- Baking/Pastry degree or relevant high-end restaurant experience
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment and manage pressure well
- Responsible, respectful and team player
- Great work ethic and committed to being the best
