The role:

The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for ensuring the implementation and execution of all systems, policies, and procedures as it relates to the employee life cycle. They actively manage and maintain all Human Resources systems and administrative functions of the Human Resources department. They also act as the primary point of contact for all team members in Washington DC and New York City with regards to essential Human Resources information, benefits, policies and procedures.


Our perfect candidate has:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources management (hospitality industry experience is a plus)
  • Ability to work with and manage processes through different levels of our organization (including hourly employees, senior level management, and executive level)
  • Interest in Compliance and/or Employee Relations
  • Integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
  • Strong sense of morals, ethics, and self-discipline
  • Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and is tech-savvy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • The ability to travel for work
