The Backal Hospitality Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Coordinator for the oversight of a multi-unit property Riverpark restaurant and Little River; a grab and go concept located in the Alexandria Science Center. This position will encompass the facilitation of culinary order placement, inventory/ vendor management and daily invoice reconciliation. As this role will be based within the property additional support of the operations will be inclusive but not limited to reservation bookings, event coordination, payroll management, menu printing, and supply ordering.
The ideal candidate will possess transferable experience as a coordinator, ability to learn point of sale system, the ability to multitask in a high volume operation, strong organizational and communication skills. With the oversight of two properties an elevated level of attention to detail encompassed with problem solving skills and collaborative efforts is required.
