A qualified Porter candidate will possess:

 a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high volume/upscale restaurant rich in food culture and artisanal product.

 Thoughtful, dynamic and engaging service that builds relationships with our guests

 an excellent knowledge of classic cocktails as well as French & Italian wines.

 Candidates must possess humility, respect, and integrity.

 A flexible schedule (breakfast, dinner hours and weekend brunch availability).

 able to handle a busy environment;

 able to move with speed and purpose for the duration of an eight-hour shift.

 able to follow steps of service;

 work intuitively while caring for guests;
