Vida Verde is a high volume Mexican inspired cocktail bar and restaurant located in midtown west. We are searching for a Sous Chef that will provide direct support to our Executive Chef & Owner Hugo Orozco in all aspects of kitchen operations; cooking, production, off-site catering, inventory, quality control and sanitation. The ideal candidate must have a passion for all things culinary and demonstrate a desire to lead and train the team.
Vida Verde offers great opportunities to build and grow into a professional culinary expert while maintaining a healthy and enjoyable work life balance. The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years experience in a sous chef position at a high volume establishment and be willing to work weekends, holidays and nights.
