Starbucks Manager

Do you know your Flat Whites from your Caramel Macchiato? Every Village Hotel Club is equipped with a full Starbucks offering allowing our customers to enjoy fantastic Starbucks food and beverages whilst using the hotels awesome facilities. As the Starbucks Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that you recruit, train and motivate your team to deliver service to both Starbucks and Village Hotel Club brand standards. You will own the financial performance of the outlet, defining and executing a local sales and marketing strategy and business plan for the year whilst ensuring that ordering levels are at the optimum level allowing the highest profitability levels.
