Founded in 2013, Viva Chicken is a Peruvian Rotisserie Joint that takes you to the streets of Peru. Known for our Pollo a la Brasa (Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken) which is a Peruvian street food staple! Our motto is we serve the “Hottest, Freshest Chicken” around. At Viva you will find a “scratch” open kitchen where our food is made fresh daily. Our menu allows guests to venture out and try new spices and flavors of authentic Peruvian dishes combined with our own unique twist.

What we are looking for:
2-3 years of fast-casual experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment is preferred.
Responsible for shift operations and ensuring we are exceeding guest expectations with a passion for food safety, people, and service.
Experience with planning and preparing Catering is a plus
Committed to quality, cost control, and cash control. Has an awareness of the business and is looking for ways to continually develop and improve.
The mindset of maintaining a diverse, equitable, inclusive work environment filled with respect for all. We want everyone to feel like “I belong at Viva Chicken”!
Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and carry large objects within the kitchen repeatedly throughout your shift.
