We are looking for Line Cooks, Prep Cooks and Dishwashers to join our growing team! Starting salary up to $16/hr!
Viva Chicken is a Peruvian Rotisserie Joint that features fresh ingredients prepared in a scratch made kitchen. We strive to deliver 5-star service in an upbeat environment.

Job Requirements
- Requires a positive attitude!
- Ability to multi-task – perform multiple functions at the same time
- Complete the daily prep list by cutting, portioning, cooking and sauté per recipe.
- Helpful to have experience in prep or line cooking. We have very busy restaurants.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Must abide by our teamwork mindset and work Neat, Clean, and Organized!
- Has knowledge of and follows food safety and sanitation practices. Having ServSafe certification or level of knowledge a plus.
- Requires the ability to read and commitment to follow recipe guidelines and instructions.
- Must be at least 16-years old and able to reach, bend, balance and carry large objects within the kitchen repeatedly throughout your shift.
