We are now looking for an Events Operations Manager to join our team at our Gravity Max Wandsworth. This is a big job, in a high-profile venue where you will be responsible for delivering a fun experience to our guests.

What you’ll be doing…

You will be an integral part of the Management Team at Gravity Wandsworth, working closely with the AGM / GM and other key stakeholders, to fully contribute to the Events operation of the site. Events are a big part of our business, from birthday celebrations to corporate take overs, we are here to give our customers the best experience possible.

Your key responsibilities

·        Deliver events as planned on budget and surpassing our customers’ expectations

·        Liaise with suppliers on everything from decorations to food and more, making event dreams a reality

·        Ensure the KPI’s, including wage ratio, site audits, mystery shopper audits, ensuring financial targets and other agreed targets are met in all departments.

·        Deliver a fun experience for our customers.

·        Ensure that the site is maintained to a high level and is always clean and safe.

·        Run the bar spaces to maximise profit and service levels, making our Heineken Sports Bar
