Inside Summer House, guests will find a breezy, beach house
environment reminiscent of the sunny ocean-side city of Santa Monica, CA. Summer
House has locations in Chicago, IL, North Bethesda, MD, and counting! The
California-inspired menu, led by Chef Ben Goodnick, features simple ingredients
sourced from local grower partnerships and sustainable products with a heavy
focus on vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Rosé is poured all day off
the signature Rosé Cart, featuring the signature Summer House Rosé, alongside
an extensive wine and handcrafted cocktail list. The Bakery displays a glorious
assortment of baked goods, including the restaurant's famous vast cookie
selection.

The General Manager leads and directs all facets of a restaurant’s business including but not limited to driving sales, managing costs, and growing the business; leading and developing all front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) hourly and management teams while fostering our Culture of Caring; and consistently delivering an exceptional guest and employee experience.
