Restaurant General Manager (Live out)

Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for a live out General Manager with bags of personality to join our team, so if you have previous experience of managing a team from within either the hospitality or a service led environment and you are looking for a new and rewarding challenge; this may be just the job for you.

Located in Crossways Business Park, Dartford, the Wharf is a high volume and food led destination dining pub & restaurant that underwent a £1.5million refurbishment scheme in 2020. Its waterside location on Cotton Lake together with its outdoor terrace and large garden make it a perfect spot to stop for a relaxed bite to eat after a busy day shopping at the nearby Bluewater complex and the private function room allows the Wharf to play host to a range of parties and events. 

As an ambassador for our brand, you will create an inclusive culture within the business, leading and developing your team to ensure that they offer excellent customer service at every opportunity. With the support of your District Manager you will strive to achieve key business objectives within your individual site whilst delivering continued growth, customer satisfaction and success.
