We are currently recruiting for a Host/ Hostess for our standout restaurant, Whitcomb's at The Londoner, this high-end restaurant is a very popular venue and is key to the Londoner experience.
Overview:
· An amazing opportunity to join our 5 Star Luxury Hotel, The Londoner as a Host or Hostess in Whitcomb's at The Londoner.
· As a Host/Hostess you will be working a fast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of the Londoner and our brand standards.
· The role of Host/Hostess is being responsible for the smooth running of the guest service and arrival experience within the restaurant.
· Be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros Is able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micro's competency tests.
About You:
· Previous experience of working in a high-end food led operation as a host or hostess is essential.
· Demonstrates excellent, attention to detail and customer service skills.
· Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
· Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest food trends.
