We have an opening for an Chef at our beautiful, Peterborough city centre site!  With a fantastic open plan restaurant, an impressive bar and open kitchen this makes the perfect setting for lunch or dinner.

Pay

Salary stated is made up of service charge. Realistic earnings with basic & tronc is up to 35k on a 45 hour contract - This is made up of hourly rate plus service chage. Of course if you wanted additional hours these would be paid. We would never expect you to work for free! 

Hours

We are a lunch & dinner restaurant. Operational hours are fair and no super late nights! During the week if you were working a close we'd expect a 9.30pm/10:30pm. If you are on an open earliest start time would be 9.30/10am.

Location

We are right on the city centre meaning only a short walk from the train station or main bus stops.

Training

Training will be 1-2-1 with our area support chef.  We will never throw you in at the deep end!
