Description
Chef Andrew Carmellini and Food & Beverage Director Misha Mariani are seeking a DINING ROOM MANAGER to join them at THE WILLIAM VALE at their LEUCA RESTAURANT, a southern Italian restaurant in a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Brooklyn's most desired neighborhood, Williamsburg.

The William Vale includes also includes Westlight, a rooftop bar with an elevated bar dining menu inspired by New York City's street food and Mister Dips, a retrofitted Airstream serving burgers, fries and dairy dips in addition to Leuca, a Southern Italian restaurant featuring wood-fired coastal dishes.

Ideal Candidates:
*1-3 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, management experience preferred.
*A warm and gracious outlook, the ability to create stellar guest experiences.
*A professional and polished approach to leadership with a passion for hospitality.
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic with the mentality of a team player.
*Strong leadership skills, highly developed organizational and multi-tasking abilities with sound administrative skills.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Skilled with OpenTable and MICROS POS, a plus.
*DOH Food Protection certified.
