Chef ANDREW CARMELLINI and Chef Jason Casey's team is looking for a hard-working, passionate PASTRY SOUS CHEF to join their team at THE WILLIAM VALE!

Ideal candidates possess:
*Possess 2-3 years of pastry experience, managerial experience preferred.
*Are passionate about hospitality, pastry and baking.
*Have excellent baking skills and experience on dessert stations in the kitchen.
*Have a professional and polished approach to leadership in a busy atmosphere.
*Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Are DOH Food Protection certified.
