The Position

Wingmans are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and proactive Restaurant Supervisor with passion and experience to match! 

Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred as the chosen individual will be leading, managing and developing a large front of house team. Organisation skills are essential alongside the ability to train, develop and motivate.

Candidates must have:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Head Waiter/Waitress within a fast paced restaurant environment
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves, get involved and get your wings on!
• Exceptional attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• The drive to lead, motivate and develop a large team
• Impeccable customer service
• Passion for everything food & drink
