At Wingstop our mission is to serve the world ‘flavour’, and we have been doing so since 1994 when our first site in the US opened and then opening the doors to our very first UK site in 2018. We want to provide memorable experiences for our guests with bucket loads of flavour thrown in! The role

As shift manager you will work closely with the senior managers to ensure smooth day to day running of the site. You will also work side by side with the crew coaching and developing junior members of the team ensuring H&S and Wingstop standards are adhered to at all times.

The Requirements

As a Shift Manager, we prefer you have had 6-12 months’ worth of supervisory or management experience. You will be the bridge between senior management and the crew. You will have the personal drive to gain knowledge and develop within a rapidly expanding company.
