At Wingstop our mission is to serve the world ‘flavour’, and we have been doing so since 1994 when our first site in the US opened and then opening the doors to our very first UK site in 2018. We want to provide memorable experiences for our guests with bucket loads of flavour thrown in! We do this as a team, collectively encompassing our core values by being Authentic, Entrepreneurial, Service Minded and Fun.

The role

As crew you will be an integral part of the team, working collectively to ensure guests are provided with memorable experience. Ensuring that they receive food full of flavour to our standards all the time. You will be involved in various aspects of the business from working in the kitchen, educating guest about products, ensuring we are safe and clean all the time whilst creating a fun atmosphere for all. Lastly your skills will be developed in customer service, food service, H&S and working within a team. Will you be one of our future leaders?

The Requirements

Experience is preferable but definitely not essential. We require you to have a can do attitude, hospitable nature and drive to work within a successful team. We can teach you the rest!
