Description
We are looking for an exceptional, hard-working individual to help with our day-to-day BOH prep work.

We are looking for folks that take pride in their work, move with a sense of urgency, and have a serious passion for hospitality. We are a close-knit team, and we care greatly about the work that we do. Availability from 7am - 3pm Monday-Friday is a must.

Wisefish is a laid-back seafood shop celebrating fresh, simple, healthy food. We are anchored by a commitment to excellent, responsibly-sourced seafood and warm hospitality.

Requirements:
- Must be able to work early morning shifts
- NYC Food Handlers Certification required
- Excellent communication skills
- A serious interest in the hospitality industry
- At least 2 years kitchen experience is required
- Experience cutting fish is a huge plus
- Warm, friendly personality
- Strong work ethic
- Can-do attitude
- Team-first mentality, but capable of working solo
