Our model is simple and our standards are high. By working together through our foundations of excellence, focus, accuracy, presentation and genuine hospitality we create an environment where it is easy to work together and have fun while doing it. Bussers enjoy free meals, career growth opportunities and are included in our tip pool.
All busser positions begin with basic training as Bussers AND Dishwashers. They require 6 to 8 hours standing and intense walking, lifting 40 lbs, and good communication skills. Gratuity is shared with all hourly kitchen and service staff when performing both jobs.
