Digital Marketing Manager


Description
Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the management and distribution of all Digital strategic marketing content & logistics for all 50 Eggs properties. This position will work closely with the Director of Digital, Director of Marketing and Marketing Coordinator to spearhead the development of the most suitable digital strategies, content creation, and distribution of unique and engaging content to support global digital marketing initiatives.

Role & Responsibility
• Reports to Director of Digital Marketing
• To build out and manage social media distribution processes using best knowledge of software and digital programs to maximize potential reach and grow audience across all digital platforms
• Development of content strategy based on platform and audience to support marketing roadmaps and KPIs
• Responsible for Customer Relations Management through digital tools established
• Manages all existing digital platforms that currently supply reservations or any other lead generating data. (Open Table, Yelp, Eater)
• Expanding and setting SOPs to implement best Influencer Strategies throughout the calendar year and deep social engagement, monitoring and customer growth strategies.
• Leads social scheduling, engagement management/monitoring and reporting.
• Responsible for copywriting, editing and scheduling of all content including web, email, menus, social media, press
• releases etc.
• Creating and deploying programmatic buying on multiple digital channels and reporting results
• Establish reporting methods to track ROI and other KPIs throughout the digital space for 360 campaigns
• Provides key insights into Digital trends impacting both O&O and social properties and platforms.
• Planning and management of the quarterly and yearly calendars and digital plans for the brand based on events, PR & marketing campaigns, holidays and new location openings
• Supports Content team in the planning, production and execution of social/digital assets
