Social Media
Manager maintains an
engaging, daily social presence for all 50 Eggs properties. The role is to
implement digital media strategies through social media, working with Digital
Marketing Director to develop original content strategies and suggest creative
ways to attract more customers and promote our brand, in addition to increasing
web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing
strategies.
Reports to
Digital Marketing Director
•Supports Brand
Director in aligning look and feel/voice of all brands across all social
properties
•Plan and
manage the monthly & quarterly calendars and digital plans for the brand
based on events, PR & marketing campaigns, holidays and new location
openings, subject to final approval will be provided by Digital Marketing
Director and Brand Director
•Makes sure to
tag all appropriate leadership members for social reposting.
•Researches
audience preferences and discover current trends
•Develops
content strategy based on platform and audience to support marketing roadmaps
and KPIs alongside Content Manager
•Creates
engaging text/copywriting, image and video content
•Develops
creative story posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new
initiatives
•Stays
up-to-date with changes in all social platforms, ensuring maximum effectiveness
•Facilitates
online conversations with customers and respond to queries
•Supports
coordination of photo shoots logistics with GMs for content creations alongside
Content Manager
•Reports on
reviews/comments from various social media outlets
•Provides
monthly report on all social performance across all brands
•Establishes
reporting methods to track ROI and other KPIs throughout the digital space for
360 campaigns
•Participates in team brainstorming sessions with the entire
Marketing Team
•Suggests new
ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions, etc.
•Supports
Content team in the planning, production and execution of social/digital assets
•Knowledgeable
in content production and editing.
•Basic
knowledge with camera equipment & editing software such as Final Cut Pro,
Premier Pro, After Effects, among others
•Works
alongside Marketing Manager to align messaging and promotion initiatives.
Must have restaurant and/or hospitality industry experience.
