Bell Attendant
Description
The purpose of the Bell Attendant is to represent the Yellowstone Club as a first and last point-of-contact upon each guest and Member arrival/departure to/from the Base area Lodge and Village Core by facilitating a warm, professional, and efficient arrival and departure experience.
• Work with valet to properly greet Members and guests upon arrival/departure to/from the Lodge and Village Core area
• Upon arrival, confirm rental/owner status to determine proper arrival procedure
• Provide escort to reception area for rental check-in
• Prompt unloading of guest and Member luggage and belongings from vehicles
• Escort rental guests and Members to Lodge and Village Core condo homes and provide prompt luggage delivery
• Provide thorough orientation of each condo, highlighting unit features, resort amenities and services, and providing general
information to guests and Members
• Upon departure, transporting all guest and Member belongings and luggage from Lodge or Village Core condo to appropriate
vehicle
• Providing general assistance to Members and guests, including deliveries, fulfilling requests, and other tasks related to delivering
a flawless Member and guest experience in the Club’s Lodge and Village Core homes.
