Yellowstone Club’s Culinary department is currently seeking candidates for the positon of Banquet Cook.

The purpose of a Banquet Cook is to oversee all aspects of the culinary operation, including banquet service, menus, costing, sanitation requirements, scheduling, ordering and inventory. 

Responsibilities Include:

·         Establish schedule and organization in the kitchen in order to produce an efficient operation

·         Produce high quality entrees that meet established standards

·         Assist with creation of new banquet menu, adjust seasonally as needed

·         Maintain order and discipline in kitchen during working hours

·         Create tasting menus for prospective Members and guests (weddings, banquets, corporate events, etc.)

·         Maintain and enforce health standards and sanitary regulations

·         Successful culinary production for the banquet operation

·         Excellent leader and trainer

·         Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Position Requirements:

·         Minimum 2 years of formal culinary schooling, experience as a supervisor, working knowledge of food products, cost control, menu generation

·         Excels at working together with others

·         Culinary Degree Preferred

The positions offered are seasonal, full-time and located in Big Sky, MT.
