Description

Yellowstone Club has over 1.5 million square feet of building space and is continuing to expand.  The purpose of the facilities department is to maintain the building space comprised of retail, commercial, food and beverage, spa, ski/snowboard facilities, golf facilities, and residences.  Yellowstone Club Facilities is looking for individuals who have skills in mechanical systems and maintenance projects.  These employees must take pride in their work and have a focus on quality and attention to detail. 

 We are currently hiring for a Facility Engineer. The Facility Engineer provide hands on services for all types of maintenance. Facility Engineer contribute to the minor and major facility improvements, renovations, up-keep of new and old facilities and mechanical systems.  The Facilities Department plays a critical role in providing smooth operation of all departments to ensure our member have the best experience possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all mechanical assets are in good working order.
  • Complete work orders and preventive maintenance in a timely manner using an asset management software. (Limble)
  • Recognize and report any issues or potentials issues throughout the Yellowstone Club Property using the asset manager software.
  • Perform all tasks required for maintenance and operation of a commercial building.

Preferred Skills/Experience (Experience in all items below is not required)

Preventive Maintenance:

o   HVAC including air handlers, fan powered boxes, exhaust systems, etc.

o   Plumbing including heating and cooling circulation, domestic water, and all types of pumps.

o   Cooling towers

o   Chillers

o   Boilers

o   Snowmelt systems

Kitchen equipment maintenance:

o   Maintain and troubleshoot kitchen equipment at 13 locations

o   Refrigeration maintenance

o   LP gas fired equipment experience

o   Kitchen hoods

Project:

o   Minor construction projects including remodels, doors and hardware, trim, drywall, paint, etc.

o   Woodworking in millwork shop

o   Metal fabrication and welding

o   Support events team for unique special event projects

·         Comfortable working with electricity

o   Lock out tag out procedures

o   Lighting

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Technical training is preferred
  • Proficient use of general power and hand tools
  • Ability to identify, diagnose, and repair issues.
  • Highest standards of quality and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate issues to management
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet company driving policy
