Yellowstone Club’s Food & Beverage department is currently seeking candidates for a Restaurant General Manager.

The Restaurant General Manager is charged with leading the Front of House, Food & Beverage operations of the various restaurant outlets of the Yellowstone Club to ensure that the day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage team is executed in a manner that meets Yellowstone Club standards and exceeds the expectation of our members and their guests. To be successful in this position one must not only be able to implement standard operating procedures, but make sure they are continuously being followed by all team members.

Responsibilities Include:
• Ensure that each member and guest receive outstanding guest service in a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
• Empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our members and guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
• Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
• Maximizes employee morale through leading by example in demonstrating The Six Tenants of Montana Hospitality behaviors to both members and co-workers.
• In conjunction with the Asst. F&B Director, develops ideas to maximize revenue and/or reduce expenses, outlining goals and objectives.
• Responsible for overseeing and maintaining the timing and Sequence of Service of all dining rooms for which responsible.
• Coordinating daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
• Schedule staff according to volume of business; understands how to flex when necessary to meet labor expectations; ability to adjust daily operations to be in line with the budget.
• Understands each front of the house function and trains according to Club standards.
• Aid in recruiting, hiring, and training and growing exceptional Food & Beverage employees
• Plan and provide training and guidance daily, weekly, and monthly using the Service Proficiency Manual and weekly training topics

Position Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree; Two+ years’ experience in Food & Beverage Management; TIPS certified; Proven customer service experience as a manager.
