Yellowstone Club’s Food & Beverage (F&B) department is currently seeking candidates for Barista's. The F&B department is offering a $1000.00 signing bonus. $250 will be paid out after 30 days and $750 at the end of the season. On average Baristas make $21.60 per hour with service charges.

Responsibilities Include:  

·         Provide beverage service to Members and guests with a focus on excellence, consistency and the Member and guest experience

·         Take and serve orders

·         Know the sequence of service and follow it each time when approaching a table

·         Prepare smoothies, coffee and other non-alcoholic beverage orders

·         Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and presentation

·         Attend to Members and guests upon entrance

·         Know or learn Member’s names immediately

·         Present and help Members and guests select beverage options

·         Answer questions pertaining to beverage options

·         Relay and prepare beverages according to any special dietary  restrictions and special requests

·         Receive and process charges to Member accounts

·         Work in collaboration with other teammates to meet Member and guest expectations

·         Maintain a clean and organized dining area and work station

·         Clean smoothie and coffee machines and equipment

·         Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership

·         Maintain table cleanliness and service at all times

Position Requirements:

·         Minimum 6 months of barista experience in a luxury resort or private club setting

·         Able to communicate effectively and speak/write English clearly/legibly

·         Regularly required to talk and/or hear

·         Frequently lift up to 30 pounds

·         Use hands/fingers to handle/lift items

·         Constantly stand/walk/climb or balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or reach with hands/arms

·         Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

·         Must pass pre-employment background check, paid by employer, carried out equally among US workers & H-2B workers

The position offered is a seasonal, full-time position located in Big Sky, MT.
