1st Assistant Golf Professional
Description
The purpose of a 1st Assistant Golf Professional is to provide technical and managerial supervision of the Golf Clubhouse and staff as directed.
• Monitor the performance of the overall daily operation; assure the highest standards and customer satisfaction each day
• Oversee tournament operations, teaching, club-fitting to ensure complete Member satisfaction each day
• Lead the Outside Operations staff to be proactive and improve the daily operations, assigning tasks as needed
• Recruit staff and organize training activities each season, working with the Director of Golf
• Work with the Golf Shop Supervisors to source and provide employee uniforms
• Work with the Golf Shop Supervisor to assist the development of standard retail operating procedures and training manuals,
along with the Director of Golf
• Thoroughly understand the entire operation at Yellowstone Club as it relates to the membership and Golf Operations
