Summer 2019 Golf Outside Services Attendant
Description
The Golf Outside Services Attendant is responsible for:
• Set-up and ensure the cleanliness, organization and upkeep of the golf course driving range.
• Assist in the set-up, maintenance and breakdown of the golf cart staging area.
• Approach all encounters with Club Members, guests, and fellow employees in a gracious, attentive, courteous and service-
oriented manner.
• Respect all Members privacy, perspective, priorities, time and resources.
• Prep and maintain the equipment (including power carts and rental clubs) and work areas are cleaned and maintained to a high
standard.
• Ensure that all golf equipment is in good, safe working condition, to ensure the safe and efficient operation.
• Assist in maintaining a tracking system for the power cart fleet including, usage, maintenance and proper rotation.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the range machine and picker and to ensure that golfers receive friendly and efficient
guest service.
Experience/Education Required
• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work; One to two years’ experience in customer service;
Strong verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge in the game of golf; Knowledge in all facets of the Golf Industry.
