Property Manager III


Description
Yellowstone Club’s Residential Services department is currently seeking candidates for a Property Manager.

The purpose of the Property Manager is to manage a portfolio of private residences and the day-to-day operations required to maintain the homes according to Club policies and procedures.

Responsibilities Include:
• Create and execute effective training programs for new team members.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients as well as maintain clear and consistent communication via email and phone.
• Cultivate and maintain quality relationships with owners, vendors and contractors to ensure positive current and future business.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in a consistent, professional, timely and cost efficient manner.
• Perform routine walk-thrus of the residence to ensure that the home is in constant state of readiness.
• Procurement responsibilities within your assigned area.
• Prepares contracts for routine maintenance through outside contractors.
• Effectively assess member/residence issues and resolve the issue in a professional and timely manner.
• Arrange for small maintenance repairs when appropriate.
• Create and maintain member/owner/guest history logs regarding special needs/preferences.
• Respond to member issues or coordinate response at all hours.
• Establish and monitor preventative maintenance schedules.
• Maintain proper control of materials and supplies.
• Secure bids for residence expenditures, submit to owner to secure approval and then implement.
• Assist Head Property Manager with recruiting and interviewing as it relates to the Assistant Property Manager Team.
• Create and maintain quality home guides that outline the operation and maintenance of all systems within the residences.
• Possess the experience and knowledge to detect and remedy warning signs.

Position Requirements:
• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work
• One to three years of experience managing personal residences
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
