Description
Yellowstone Club’s Property Management department is currently seeking candidates for an Assistant Pool & Spa Technician.

The Assistant Pool & Spa Technician is responsible for assisting Property Managers in providing a first class holistic care of all pools and hot tubs managed by Yellowstone Club Property Management and Yellowstone Club Facilities. It is the duty of the Assistant Pool & Spa Technician to aid the Property Mangers in overseeing the overall operation of the property, and the day-to-day implementation of those policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained pools and hot tubs within established management, operating and fiscal policies. The ability to effectively communicate with the Property Managers, home owners and contractors is critical.

Responsibilities Include:
• Test/balance water chemistry, maintain inventory and transport chemicals to individual areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as vacuuming, brushing and cleaning.
• Conduct daily rounds including driving to each area and performing water chemistry testing.
• Attend to the upkeep of mechanical rooms.
• Assist with preventative maintenance of Pool and Spa equipment.
• Assist in maintaining member/owner/guest history regarding special needs/preferences by establishing schedules and data logs.
• Respond to member issues or coordinate a response at all hours.
• Quickly gain the experience and knowledge to detect and remedy warning signs.

Position Requirements:
• 1 season of property management experience or experience in a related field.
• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work required.
• Proven experience using communication and organizational skills to accomplish goals.
• Be willing to become a Certified Pool Operator.
