Mail Center Clerk
Description
The purpose of a Mail Center Clerk is to be the first point of contact in assisting Members, guests, and employees in receiving, delivering, and shipping of packages and mail in person, by phone and email.
• Load, unload, store, and distribute all member and employee packages arriving to the Yellowstone Club
• Distribute incoming mail and packages according to company procedures
• Load, unload or stack containers, materials or products
• Record incoming and outgoing packages into inventory software systems (SendSuite)
• Maintain a daily inventory check on all packages stored within the Mail Center
• Provides a service to the Yellowstone Members and guests in receiving incoming and outgoing parcels
• Maintain, create, and update digital files and documents related to Mail Center operations
