Mail Center & Trash Facility Supervisor
Description
Yellowstone Club’s Property Owner’s Association (POA) department is currently seeking candidates for a Mail Center & Trash Facility Supervisor.
The purpose of the Purpose of the Mail Center & Trash Facility Supervisor is to supervise the Trash Facility & Mail Center and offer a more efficient and easier means of disposing waste, recyclables and distribution of packages.
Responsibilities Include:
• Examines Products or work to verify conformance to specifications
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and dollies
• Lift and carry 75+ pounds repeatedly
• Distributes incoming goods according to established company procedures
• Load, unload or stack containers, materials and products
• Receives packages into our Sendsuite Software
• Assists other departments as needed and coordinates activities between departments
• Assists Members with transport of deliveries when needed
• Work in a safe manner while identifying and correcting any safety issues
• Maintain a perfect delivery record
• Manage the Trash Facility with daily clean up and organizing
• Supervises the Trash Facility assistant
• Supervises the seasonal help in the Mail Center
• Understands the basic needs for recycling
• Schedules all trash/recycling pickups through the proper outlets
Position Requirements:
• One to two years of work-related skill, knowledge and experience is preferred.
• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work required.
• Proven experience using communication and organizational skills to accomplish goals.
• Formal training at vocational schools, colleges or universities recognized.
• Combination of education and/or experience
The position offered is a full-time, year round position located in Big Sky, MT.
