Yellowstone Club’s Residential Services department is currently seeking candidates for a Lodging Coordinator.

The purpose of the Lodging Coordinator is to manage the lodging reservations for our rental program including 20+ hotel style rentals, and 75+ rental homes. Working closely with our property managers, housekeepers, and experience coordinators in addition to the accounting, sales, concierge, outdoor pursuits, youth services and food & beverage teams, this individual must have exceptional expertise in providing guidance and assistance for all club experiences and provide anticipatory customer service in a friendly, gracious and informative manner.

The Lodging Coordinator will provide high-quality customer service to all members and guests engaging the Residential Services team and is responsible for their overall satisfaction, building rapport and club affinity.

Major Responsibilities Include:
• Ensure that each member and guest receives outstanding guest service in a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
• Empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our members and guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
• Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.
• Answering lodging inquiries via phone and email
• Processing lodging reservations through a club resort management system
• Assess club resort management system reservations and reservation tracking spreadsheets for inaccuracies
• Daily management of multiple tracking spreadsheets
• Logging and entering charges into club resort management system
• Working with property managers, experience coordinators, housekeepers, and lodgekeepers within Residential Services as well as with other departments within YC as a first point of contact for communication between staff and members

Position Requirements:
• One to two years of work-related skill, knowledge and experience is required
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs
• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work required
• Proven experience using communication and organizational skills to accomplish goals
• Formal training at vocational schools, colleges or universities recognized
• Similar combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures and terminology.
• Montana State Driver’s License
