Yellowstone Club's Residential Service's team is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.


The purpose of the Project Manager – Residential Services is to plan, organize and execute key projects related to Residential Services supporting all departments therein including support for recruiting, training, onboarding of new staff, Introducing and launching new programs and initiatives to enhance and support the growth of all Residential Services Teams, be the key liaison for all Residential Services committees and provide associated financial reporting and projections. 

Major Responsibilities

  • Ensure that each members, guests and employees receive outstanding guest service in a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every member, guest or employee, maintaining outstanding service standards, complete product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
  •  Empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with all that are encountered and assure that all transactions with guests and staff are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
  •  Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, members, and guests at all times.  In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.
  •   Necessity to lead and instruct all levels of staff from hourly employees to Senior Leadership.

  •  Use discretion and independent judgement to plan, execute and complete Residential Services projects within the scope of work, budget and timeline constraints required.
  • Support other departments and Project Managers to ensure continuity is achieved with our processes and practices.
  •  Assist other Teams in all aspects of team member recruiting, onboarding and training.
  •  Overseeing the Mail Center integration as it relates to Property Management and package arrivals, pickup, delivery to all YCPM managed homes as well as all other Residential Services Delivered packages and mail.
  •  Oversee Keywatcher rollout and integration into Residential Services fleet of vehicles and security of homes.
  •  Lead and Conduct regular meetings and phone calls with staff members, leaders, effectively growing their capacity through rollout of new training initiatives, safety procedures or process implementation.
  •  Conduct meetings with clientele, developers and various Residential Services departments to ensure effective home books are being developed and implemented.
  •  Create and maintain the employee communication pieces including, email, KitCast as well as introduction of an weekly Employee Newsletter.
  •  Using projected growth of RSO department, craft long term training strategy for continued and anticipated growth.
  •  Manage and oversee any projects assigned by Vice President of Residential Services

Experience/Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required; minimum of two (2) years Property Management, Project Administration or Project Management experience within a real estate environment.

Experience/Education Preferred

  • Experience working in real estate management and/or development preferred.

 Certificates & Licenses

  • Valid Driver’s License.
