The purpose of the Systems
Administrator Level II is to take full ownership of current systems and to
deploy new systems as the need arises.
This includes the physical hardware and virtual architecture on which
they run while providing exceptional customer service and IT support to our
employees.
Major Responsibilities
- Monitors and
maintains assigned systems and hardware on a regular basis to detect abnormal
conditions.
- Maintain and audit system and application
security
- Primary support contact for our Club Management
System
- Works with
appropriate personnel and/or vendor personnel to resolve problems.
- Develops
appropriate corrective action for abnormal conditions
- Escalates the
problems to appropriate levels of IT management and/or vendor management if the
Incident/Problem is not resolved in a timely manner.
- Coordinates
installation and maintenance of related software with other technical support
personnel to assure maximum systems performance with minimum downtime.
- Develop knowledge
articles and documentation for all assigned systems
- Ensure that each
Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment which
includes greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining
outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components
of guest service.
- Empowered to
guarantee total Member satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to
our Members at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club
professionally with our Members and guests and assure that all transactions are
handled in a legal and ethical manner.
- Understand and apply all club wide safety and

Members, and guests at all times.
- Maintain
a favorable working relationship with all Yellowstone Club team members to foster and promote a positive working
environment.

To perform this job successfully, an

- Answer help desk calls when escalated or the
need arises and document resolutions.
- Troubleshoot software and applications,
including but not limited to: general
PC/workstation support, basic network troubleshooting, and AV support. The ability to assist with installations and
upgrades of afore mentioned software and applications.
- Update and create system infrastructure
documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality with regards to the
information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Products, including
AD, Exchange, SQL and Office 365.
- Ability to quickly learn and operate within new
systems and applications.
- The ability to work individually and as part of
team.
- The ability to collaborate within a team on a
wide variety of projects.
- Strong communication skills
- Give feedback on training materials and
programs.
- Assist with IT infrastructure deployment of all
new buildings, sites, and remodels.
- The ability to flex schedules and
responsibilities when necessary to meet operational demands.
- Assist in any project required while giving
valuable feedback and suggestions.
- Assist other members of the IT department when
requested or necessary.
- Detail oriented.
- Is always looking for ways to improve existing
processes and procedures in an effort to assist YC in becoming more efficient
and more secure.
Experience/Education
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related area
and/or equivalent experience/training
- Windows and VMware System Administration with 2-3 years of
working experience
- Prior experience with relational databases (SQL Server)
Certificates
& Licenses
- Valid State Driver’s License
Computer
Skills
- Current knowledge of IT products, standards, practices and
support infrastructures (security, LAN/WAN architectures and system protocols)
