Lead Host/Matrie'd

Zaytinya is a high volume, busy restaurant located downtown by the Chinatown Metro Station. We are seeking a Full-Time Lead Host/Matrie'd with experience hosting in high volume premium casual to fine dining restaurants. Must be advanced in Open Table guest center, with general knowledge of seat rotations, reservation book management, large party placement, and guest relationship building. Must be comfortable leading a team of hosts and working with management team to execute shift necessities. Must be willing to train new hosts and help team maintain a consistent level of service/hospitality. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
